Name: Toppy
Species: same as Linkworm, albeit slightly more drastically mutated
Kanohi: Requires none
Equipment/weapon: Requires none
Toppy came into existence somehow. an enchanted top hat that mutated him to what he is now is a popular theory. whatever the reason, Toppy shows off powerful mind-control abilities and a quick wit.
he now has an opening jaw. because why not.
