In that instance, trying to get Roaster and Barrage to bump into Rukah’s characters before they got too far from the bar. Since they had yet to do any interactions with the other RPCs, getting GoodGuy2006’s and Rukah’s characters introduced to each other, with a possibility of Machina X seemed most efficient. But Machina X could still work, actions pending.
Tokamak I was still figuring out which other RPCs could use him to randomly show up the most yet. Not certain which would be the most beneficial or efficient choice, so dice rolling.

While meeting up naturally with PCs is great, sometimes you can just @ someone in this topic if you want to interact with their character. On another note, I’ll prolly send Windstripe your way.

Less so doing it naturally and what would be best for narrative and/or the game in these starting sections. Since I imagine the point is to get most of the characters to meet each other before something bad happens.
That, and by default, my logic is letting the others go where they please. Simulated sandbox and all that. If they were interested in having their characters interact with mine and/or others, they would just do it. I’ll give a nudge (pinging) at most to prod and better gage level of interest with some IC reason that could work or be ignored.
Nah, it’s fine. You couldn’t know what I was watching and slowly moving behind scenes.

I have accidentally created two delusional characters.
The difference between them is that Zip understands he’s delusional and just chooses to ignore reality, where as Graves isn’t physically capable of understanding that humans aren’t the center of reality.
Of course, both of these perceptions are subject to change.
