Transformers: Salvation

“A suggestion,” ■■■■■■■■■■■■ corrects.

Gronius leaned on the wall as he was eyeing the rest of the group, trying to be as far as most of the Decepticons as possible.

“It felt like a threat.” Paradox said. “I’d suggest better caution when using words there Captain.”

Magnobolt saw it was getting a bit heated so he stepped in. “Okay we get it Paradox, just let’s do this, don’t overwhelm your mind with things.”

“This guy really likes to fight…” Gronius said, rolling his optics at Paradox’s behaviour.

“As much as I’d love to trade barbs with you 'til my spark burns out, you and yours have a mission at hand,” ■■■■■■■■■■■■ drawls. “Best get to it.”

“Yes because we can actually get the job done!” Paradox said.

“HEY!” Magnobolt said. “It’s okay now, we get it everybody gets it, don’t make it out to be such a big deal, just cool off.”

Paradox rolled his optics and does so and walks away.

“Erm…Sorry, Captain.” Magnobolt said to ■■■■■■■■■■■■.

“Paradox is in need of discipline,” ■■■■■■■■■■■■ comments as he departs. “I hope you will instill some in him after this.”

Gronius made a weird sound at Paradox’s remark. It was some sort of nervous laugh that he tried to hold on. He then looked at the Decepticon as he left.
"These idiots cannot even hold themselves from entering in fights with their own captains!". he thought.

“You read his files, did you not?” Magnobolt asked. “While he may be indiscipline he is a valuable asset to this mission and he is the best any team could ask for.” he said protecting him. “While don’t deny that he can be…hot-headed sometimes, it doesn’t defy him as a person.”

Paradox didn’t leave but walked a bit away from them, he noticed Gronious giving him a look. “What are you looking at?” he asked as he stood besides Techwarp.

“A Decepticon.” Gronius asked blandly. “You?”

“Autobot.” Paradox deadpans, folding his arms, giving Gronius a mean look.

Gronius continued looking into Paradox’s eyes, rarely even blinking. He was not easy to intimidate, and seeing that he was most likely one to two heads taller than Paradox, it was even harder for the Decepticon’s mean look to do anything to him.

Paradox was not intimidated whatsoever, he killed many big bots like him and they all fell the same, pathetically in his view.

Gronius would be starring in his void-like purple eyes, getting no emotion out of him, maybe anger, hate, and even gilt.

The thing is that Gronius was not trying to intimidate. A random Decepticon was starring at him, and judging the history of the said Decepticon, it would be hard not to stare back.

Paradox continued staring at him, he didn’t even blinked or flinched.

Sidewire leaned in very, very slowly and whispered to both of them. “This is getting kinda awkward don’t you think?” he asked both of them.

“I didn’t know that Decepticons consider looking at somebody else awkward. Thank you for informing.”
Gronius said, taking his sword and a rock from his bag.

Thrift and Topside watch the display.

“That’s… something,” Thrift comments. “Y’know usually I find that 'Bots and 'Cons start shanking each other after five seconds of prolonged eye contact.”

“Yes, well…” Topside tries to respond, “…I’m just glad to see that we’re… moving beyond that, I guess.”

“Or not,” Thrift asides to the Autobot captain.

“Well to be honest.” Sidewire said. “You were looking like you wanted to pull each others heads off.”

Paradox continued staring at Gronius and said nothing, because there was nothing to be said, they didn’t like each other but they needed to work together just this time.

“He started staring at me.”
He said, tilting his head towards Paradox before resting on a wall and starting sharpening his sword with a rock.
“I was just looking at his… Very calm and polite discussion with his own leader.”
He said, looking at some small sparks falling off the blade.

Paradox chuckles. “I never thought Autobots are liars.” he said. “I know the look on that face you gave me, that is why it started everything to begin with.”

“Well…” Sidewire said, he thought about how he should say something without being biased. “How about you both stop.” he said.

“I didn’t do anything, now did I.” Paradox whispered heavily.
