Transformers: Tournament of Terror. RP Topic

Maximus was successfully knocked on to his back. With his wings he found it difficult to roll over quickly. He transformed to his robot mode, jumped to his feet, and raised his own shield in front of him.

Backbreaker transforms into his own dragon form, roaring as he blasts a jet of flame at Maximus.

Maximus quickly jumped back and raised his shield. While it took the brunt of the attack, his left arm was burned. Not enough to cause serious damage, but enough to hurt.

The predacon then transformed to beast mode and took to the air. Flying up towards the cage overhead.

Backbreaker transforms to robot mode and looks skyward, raising his cannon to shoot a few shots ahead of Maximus’ flight path.

He evades the blasts with ease. The air being his field of expertise. He flew up and hit the electrified cage.

He let out a howling roar like screaming storm winds, as his body was filled with electricity. Out from his body rained down bolts of lightning. The whole arena bombarded with dozens upon dozens of powerful electric blasts.

While his control over this self made storm was limited, he made a deliberate effort not to directly hit Backbreaker. This wasn’t meant to harm, but to disorient and potentially blind him.

Backbreaker tries to keep himself from coming into contact with the lightning bolts striking the ground around him.

As his body was overcome with power, his judgement became clouded. Not nearly as much as the last time, but enough to affect his actions.

Roaring, the storm ceased. Diving down as quickly as a bolt of lightning, he attempted to swoop down and grab the autobot.

Backbreaker raises his shield to protect himself as Maximus collides with its surface, causing the gladiator to crash into the wall.

The dragon becomes increasingly aggressive. Clawing and pulling at Backbreaker’s shield. Doing everything he could to take it from him.

Backbreaker moves his left arm, and the shield attached to it, to the side. Pointing his cannon at Maximus’ underbelly, he shoots a fireball at the predacon.

Maxinus roared in pain as he was knocked to the ground. Luckily the blast managed to clear his head, though it still hurt like hell.

Is transformed to robot mode, clutching his midsection. Using his free hand to hold his shield in front of him, taking a defensive stance.

Maximus had managed to tear Backbreaker’s shield off his arm as he was blown backward.

“No hard feelings, kid!” the gladiator calls to him as he picks himself up off the wall.

“Don’t worry… It’s fine…”
He said. The predacon walked over and picked up his hammer. He kept his defensive position, waiting for Backbreaker to make his move.

Backbreaker transforms into his dragon mode, and shoots three jets of fire and plasma at Maximus.

The blasts strike the shield. He quickly threw his hammer around the side, hoping to hit one of the heads

The Railroad Team didn’t have time to deal with whatever Axis was doing. They had no idea what she was on about, but if it was important to them they would learn about it sooner or later. This isn’t the largest prison after all and with an eternity of existence almost on their side, it was only a matter of time. Or if it wasn’t revealed in time, it would be eroded and not important, like them.

They leave before Maximus comes and go to the tribunes, swiftly setting up their fortified station and get to work. Much like when Maximus and Axis first arrived here, Railgun stands outside guarding while Tie-Grabber and Machbreaker work inside. Though the setup of the station was a bit different this time, with the only way in being a hatch at the top. So Railgun stood atop and just appeared as though he was watching the day’s fights rather than guarding.

After the match between the second tier bots comes to an end, there is a change of guard. Railgun opens and hops down the hatch and Tie-Grabber comes out and takes his place. Though really, it was more of a chance to give the crane a break from the work and some entertainment. He was to be on guard, but it was also more to keep in good spirits. After all, of the three Tie-Grabber was the only construction worker of them. Railgun was always military and Machbreaker was tester, closer to a scientist more than anything else. Not to say the other two didn’t to their share or work hard, but it always seemed like he had to do the most in this mission.

And oh boy, was Tie-Grabber in for a potential treat! Robot dragon against…squishy robot dragon? Honestly, Predacons and Maximals just made his head spin trying to understand why things changed that way, but oh well. With the stage names, Tie-Grabber chuckle a bit. Oh yes, they were certainly terrible, but also just his kind of humor.

Though as the battle wages between Maximus and Backbreaker, Tie-Grabber isn’t all that entertained so far. He briefly considers it being the shields, but remembers that neither really have a will or reason to fight. That is, unless one of them really wanted a cozier prison cell, but not much incentive these days…Well, until the rations were halved, that would be a good reason. At the very least Iota could trying given them a script or something if he wanted to entertain! Maybe Vex are just easily pleased and have poor tastes. And looking at the Vex crowds…Yeah, that sounds about right. What a bunch of losers.

However, Maximus’s brief lightning storm almost made him concerned. After all, from the end results of last time, it could end very badly. So far, nothing terrible happened, but that kid better be careful. Tie-Grabber shakes his head at that thought, just what was he thinking? A little lightning storm like that was nothing back in the war and Backbreaker surely knows that. It wouldn’t slow a fighter like him, nor the rest of them. At least, usually.

Cyclonus, not all that entertained by the battle either, briefly noticed the minicon standing on the hatch.
“Was that always there?”
He wondered out loud, before standing up to investigate.

Tie-Grabber doesn’t move himself, but his eye slide off to the side, seeing Cyclonus approach their station. It wasn’t too often anyone came by, mostly because they considered them to be playing house. In the size comparison, it definitely looked like they were playing games of make-believe.

But his crane arm tenses, subtly shifting into it stronger plough form. Railgun may be the primary defender of the group…

“Ha ha ha! This next mission is going to be a fun one my little toys,” said Rectifier’s voice, flashing into his memory. His old brothers by his side.

…but he didn’t have Tie-Grabber’s conviction.

“What’re you doing there little guy? Digging some kinda hole?”
Cyclonus said. It was obvious that he assumed nothing serious of the minicon. His actions were fueled completely by boredom and curiosity rather than any suspension.

Tie-Grabber turns to him, having a serious scowl on his face. But then it turns into a grin and he moves his hook across his throat, sticking his tongue out while doing so. He points off into the arena and then provides to making digging motions, before putting the dirt on top and a quick mocking funeral. He is, in his own way, trying to imply that perhaps Maximus will lose it again and a funeral will be needed.
