This character has deserved a MOC since his inception, but as far as I’ve seen, nobody has done him justice. So here is my rendition of him.
I know what you’re probably thinking: where are all the white hooks in his body? To be honest, I have a bit of a parts limitation, and I didn’t have all that many of those.

To be quite honest, I was expecting something a little more akin to… well, these.
Granted, since he doesn’t have an actual set for reference, everyone’s pretty much entitled to their own unique take on his appearance, so there really isn’t a wrong way for him to look, I suppose.
Could use a few more tentacles maybe, but I like it.
