@Winterstorm345 @Toa_Maleko Yeah I’m aware that the carnifex is a tyranid unit, having been a fan of 40k in the past but I just thought the word sounded like what you’d fine in the name of a generic sci-fi marine guy. I mean look at stuff like Doom Slayer or Master Chief :v

He’s not really based on the 40k marines themselves though.

I feel like Carnifex is perfect for this moc, he looks like he belongs in some futuristic legion. It’s also a really fancy way to say “butcher” or “executioner”, which I also find very fitting.

I want to make one but I lack the pieces for it… Maybe I’ll try to make a Liktor or a Hyve Tyrant instead…

This is one of the very few MOCs I’ve seen that incorporate an upside down mask in the head properly, and that’s awesome!

Thanks everyone yet again, the support really means a lot to me!

@Dolphin @Tobin-Bartram @Darknova2529 The head is made of a Vakama Metru mask and a chima Speedorz shell with the visor being a 2x2 system dome. You can see more of the construction in the gallery I’ve linked in the OP.
