Who has the power to create topics?

On the home menu, there’s this blue circle with a + sign in it on the bottom right. Click on that and you’ll be able to create your very own topic.

Go to any category/forum and locate the blue circle with a white + —

if you want to reclaim master do you have to read 14000 posts again?
if so I’d like to apply for the dislexia master protocol which makes you have to read less posts

Yes, if you don’t keep up with the requirements, you will lose Master, and become a Protector again.

I’m not sure where you’re pulling that number from. A lot of the Master stats are in flux depending on the number of total posts on the site, and Posts Read is one of them.
But yeah, in order to regain Master, you’d have to read at least 14,000 posts, if not more.
