That assumption is a preeeeetty far jump. If you have a problem with people knowing where you live through IP’s, don’t use the Internet.

Trust me, we only use IPs to see if someone has a double account or something along those lines. I myself promise not to invade other people’s privacy and see where they live. Such is unlawful.
