The design
Turaga_Onewa_MoL
I liked the look of the Turaga in the movies so I gave him a modified Bohrok Va torso with cut flex tubes in the arms and hinges for extra articulation with some short panels as robes. Also this piece on the upper arms are supposed to have the look of the nuva shoulders armor.

Someone on the Bionicle Subreddit pointed out that Takanuva’s Staff of Light is a folded out version of his Chronicler’s Staff so I used that for Turaga Takanuva’s Badge of Office.
