He didn’t. LEGO used that piece for concept art in the Bionicle artbook released at the end of the Makuta Contest.
Also, that Umarak is pretty good. Of course you’re never going to match the artwork exactly, but you did pretty well @ReeseEH.

I really like this MOC, the only thing that could use improvement in my opinion are the lower legs (the pistons look a bit too skinny and awkward : P)
