He will do anything just to cause destruction, and experts say his brain is not normal. He is known to hang around junkyards collecting useless items for his joy, he also is one of the worlds most wanted beings.Uni-Psycho terrorizes cities with his modified unicycle, no need to pedal when the unicyle is controlled by his brain. Nobody knows where he came from, but they do know he is crazy!
