Here’s a list of possible functions I came up with:
Arms move (traditional movement, kinda boring)
Arms move side to side (Simple, works on quadropods)
Charges (as demonstrated above)
Wings/fins flap
Jaw snaps
Neck extends (Can be combined with the jaw snapping)
Spines extend (Think porcupine)
Tail moves
Limbs extend
Something rotates ( for creations with buzz saws, helicopter blades, rotating sheilds, etc.)
Something moves while rolling (legs, buzz saws, etc.)
Jumps (Haven’t worked out the kinks yet)
Tongue extends
Claws grab when something is placed in them.
Pinchers
Grappling hook (Not to carry the figure, but to drag something toward it)
Legs buck
Something detaches (limbs to pretend combat, or maybe bombs)
Secondary mode (turns into a rocket, a ball, something changes about it.
Fun fact: Acually had an idea where a creature would open up its ribcage to reveal its multicolored eyes.)
Secondary figure attaches (kinda lazy, but works if done right)

This is awesome, really cool MOC. Melum looks very chima like, although I think with the reboot of Bionicle , Lego is focusing more on the biological, so I’m not sure the wheels work. Really like the leaner kopaka though, much closer to his g1 self and his lance is a far better weapon than the spear that he got.

looks amazing! I think a Bec de Corbin would look great as a weapon if you make an Onua one
How are you so good at functions!? I try to make some type of function and it looks like a clunky, out of place pile or garbage, like Krekka (shots fired). They look like legitimate sets, the function is hidden quite well (for the most part), and they definitely hearken back to the rahi of ye olde bonkles. 11/10, m9.
