Dang, I really love that blue/black colour scheme. And those guns right above the head are sweet! A few minor critiques:
His single red eye would look much more menacing on a black Mata hand. Can I assume that you don’t have one on hand?
The TECHNIC bushing sticks out a bit too much. Would you be able to put some kind of other armour piece on his torso?
I recommend bulking up the bones as much as possible. TECHNIC/System tires are usually the way to go
I recommend replacing as much of the light/dark grey as you can with black. It would look much more cohesive that way.
He looks a little duck-footed with those Stars feet. Have you tried Mata feet? I think they would fit the “robot” aesthetic pretty well.

I’d really appreciate some feedback too on this moc since its my first time using ccbs and the g1 bionicle system on a toa sized moc and the second time ive used ccbs on any kind of moc. At first i was using the red tahu hand piece as a placeholder for a black version but since then it has kida grown on me
