No idea about details or anything. All I can really think of is that these two would have a master / servant dynamic with the large spider being the master figure.
The combiner part was a bit accidental because of how I ended up building the tires but it fits the idea if the master using its servant to increase its power buy becoming a better body.
Yeah; originally it was just a squid looking thing with just the head and 4 tentacles but I decided to upgrade it so the arms and head became some sort of mutated vahki lobster thing.
