So, this was my first time ever working with foam, and I’m planning to make more to better my skill, so without further ado, here’s the helmet.
That is pretty cool.
Are you planning on painting it?
This was, a bit of a prototype as I was low on material while making it, but since I restocked on tools and such, the next one I make, I’m planning to paint
I can’t wait to see it.
Any tips for someone who might wanna try something like this?
1: Use EVA foam (foam floormats)
2: Always have backup hot glue sticks
3: Have backup blades
(this is what I used) look up AndrewDFT on YouTube, he has a full tutorial and template to follow for the full suit
Just a bit of advice for EVA foam, use a lighter to burn excess material so you can sand it down.
Thats pretty cool but ODST is overrated >.>
Very cool. Brings back memories of when I constructed an EVA helmet from foam, but I think you did a much better job.
Hmmm, I’ve never heard this before, ill put that into consideration for the next one.

Nice! A bit un-symmetrical/lopsided, but it looks pretty great for a first attempt!
For a first attempt this is pretty Fantasti-cool™ looking!
That’s absolutely, positively, awesome.
