*Prepares flame shield.
Umarak the Destroyer is a terrible set. People make him out to be the most amazing set ever, but I honestly don’t understand that at all. Nothing about his design is interesting.

I agree that he’s not the best, but he’s also not the worst. I like him a lot, but he’s certainly not the best set. Brutaka is best set.
You’re gonna need it. Let’s carpet-bomb the heretic!
I dunno. Maybe I should see some reviews before formulating an opinion
Al, All. Stupid typo, derp[quote=“LoganMcOwen, post:123, topic:23000”]
Good old Al,

Curse you, Al!!!
I like Uniter Lewa. He’s my second favorite after Uniter Kopaka.
2016 Uniter masks, yeah, those uniformly jagged tops are annoying, but Tahu at least can legitimately pull off the look. His (melded) Golden Mask of Unity, when viewed from behind very much resembles 2002’s good ol’ Hau Nuva.
And speaking of the old Nuva Masks, I think Lewa’s Miru Nuva is highly underrated and undervalued, especially in its black, white, and silver iterations.
Levitation = Tahtorak.
Once I got Uniter Tahu, I thought he was a really nice set, unlike my initial thoughts on the finalized photos. My complaints about him were still present on the set, but they didn’t stand out like they do in CG. He has a nice stature, he looks upgraded, and really shows Tahu’s true character, IMO. And the mask is my favorite one from his character yet.
2016 > 2015 | I feel like the sets, as a whole, have improved in lots of areas. The torsos are much better, with a slimmer look, while still incorporating a function. The addition of technic works well. The color schemes are a little questionable at times, but the new colors they have introduced to the Toa this year have worked for the better, even Pohatu’s dark tan. The majority of the Uniters seem “livelier” than their Master versions. Gali and Pohatu feature brighter secondary colors and accents, Tahu and Onua add lots of gold and transparent colors to their color schemes, and Lewa’s mask looks more agile and playful than last year, and the trans. apple green really helps add some spark to his color scheme. Kopaka isn’t really “livelier” than his master form, but one could argue about his slimmer build making more agile, and the trans. light blue being vibrant. The unity feature adds on to sets that are already great on their own in such an impacting way.
I love Rocka XL
I think Brain Attack is the best wave of Hero Factory.
2009 was a great year for Bionicle.
2007 consists of the best story and sets of all of Bionicle
Hero Factory Invasion From Below had a good mini movie.
I think CCBS is a much more advanced system than anything Bionicle G1 has.
I think Bionicle G1 is overrated and Hero Factory is comparable to it.
I think the first wave of Hero Factory sets were not a copy of Bionicle G1
Yeah that’s pretty much it I’ve ran out of stuff and ideas
Gonna be nice to get all this out.
First things first, I think any G2 Toa are better than ANY G1 Toa or Glarorian sets.
I think Hero Factory was ok and had some great sets (Rocka 4.0, Furno XL, Witch Doctor, and a few more).
My least favorite summer 2016 set is Umerak the Destroyer, and Ekimu is my favorite.
I think 2006 was he best year of G1.
I think the 2016 Toa are better than the 2015 Toa.
Journey to One is better than ANY G1 movie.
The storm beast is a pretty good set.
The ending of G1 is awesome.
I think connection between G1 and G2 is going to happen is is going to be awesome.
LoSS is a great set.
That’s it
Same, bro.
Except I liked Hero factory.
I’ unsure whether [quote=“ThatchMac, post:136, topic:23000”]
bro Factory

Was intentional, but either way, it’s amusing.
I do disagree with:
I thought LOSS was alright, but not very good when trying to compare him with Toa, who seem like they would be able to beat him easily. I would prefer if LOSS were a horde enemy.
UTD is my favorite of the Summer 2016 sets: he’s just so big and imposing, with his only real flaw (IMO) being his neck, and I can overlook it. Plus, he’s the first G2 titan! And it’s a new version of Umarak, one of my favorite Bionicle villains generally on account of being cool and imposing and looking sweet.
I feel 2016 Ekimu is just kinda bland. He doesn’t bring anything new to the table.
First off, I have no clue how htat would help Lego at all. From what I can tell, Bionic;e G1’s over-complicated lore made it so kids were less likely to get into the theme if they weren’t into lore, and so it lost followers and momentum. Many kids now would be confused if Lego threw in some arbitrary G1 link and made it so they needed beforehand knowledge of something from years ago.
Plus, we got the mask of time, both the G1 (bottom) part and a G2 top half.
OK, I actually have all the summer sets and trust me Umerak is not great he’s not very big his upper legs are weird, his shoulders are bad, and of course the infamous neck gap. Also doesn’t the mask of time stuff you mentioned prove a connection with an upper and lower half and how Ekimu even calls it the Vahi , sorry I couldn’t read a lot of your comment considering how awful the background is on mobile. Finally, the connection was already confirmed by the guy the TTV crew talked to at Comic Con 2014 when they compared it to Star Trek. I don’t think the connection will be to large though for the reasons you stated.
I… I thought I was alone…
@king328 Watch Chima’s ending. Imagine an ending where we see the Toa return to a world that is vague enough to leave the story open but recognisable enough as Spherus Magna with a lone, red star in the sky, as six new stars appear around it. No confusion, clear connection, happy ending.
After so many comments, we can safely say that this is a popular opinion, where as the invert version of this would be unpopular.
Bionicle had an amazing (story wise) ending. I wouldn’t change it.
I thought that the Skull Villians were pretty good, and did a good job of conveying a “dead” look with all of the silver.
The Metru are kind of overrated.
I don’t like how Tahu, Kopaka and Onua are more expensive than the other Toa, and I don’t think that the small size and parts difference justifies an extra $5.
I like Lewa Uniter. He’s probably one of my favorite Uniters.
I agree with both of these.
I actually like the Beasts better then the Skull Villains
Aesthetically
*2003, the Nuva were 2003
I liked the Inika builds
2004 is not close to the best year, as it is always put, it is THE best year.
