All the others will be considered the same John that brought the term John to life.

But at least when @StSc changed his username, it revolved around the same name. And I have never changed my username once. People who constantly change their names create unnecessary confusion

I second this. However, most users have their original username/identity on their user card, so one has to simply click on a person’s seemingly quirky name to see who they really are. So we should be able to sort things out.
