Vahki revamp

So I revamped a vahki I order earlier this year.No need to comment on the poor image quality,I apologize in advance.I made it a sort of simpler build so I could copy it for the other ones if I manage to get them.I also remembered my sheer disappointment at the lack of useful skull spider masks, seeing as an official image of the spiders where a couple were black, metru red and metru green. Therefore I was slightly peeved having a harder time covering the back.
Critiques are greatly appreciated!

i like the arms but not the use of metru feet on them, other than that and the gears on the legs its a really solid awesome revamp

Most of this looks pretty good, but the arm design look a bit awkward with the feet, the silver could be distributed more, the gears on the thighs look a bit odd, and the red pins really stick out.

You really need to get something to stabilize your camera. it’s blurry beyond belief.

also, clean ya lens, mate.

I tried cleaning the lens and it didn’t change anything major. And (I kid you not) I was using an anti-blur preset on my phone camera(given that I just have that as my camera) and am irritated with the blur as well.

You might wanna look into your auto-focus settings.

I like your greebly legs (thought the red pins really stick out). The colour distribution feels off. The silver and black aren’t really well integrated (I commend trying to either get rid of the black or get rid of the grey).

Have you got any 3/4 TECHNIC pins to replace the black ones that stick out on the staffs?

Lastly, I recommend setting up a plain white background to photograph against. It’s much less distracting. Something like this would work:

Honestly, to me it doesn’t look too much like a revamp. I see it as more some extensive modding as the body and legs are extremely similar to the sets.

The arms look okay from some angles, but I feel they need more work.in terms of being slimmer and more sleek.

But, it doesn’t look bad by any means! It looks very much like a Vahki!

I feel as though this guy would be better if you removed the black from him. I would also get rid of the gears on his thighs. Aside from that, this guy is pretty cool. You don’t see a lot of any Vahki revamps out there, so this is something unique. I like the way you attached the Vahki staves to his arms.

I really like how you did the arms! Great job on this.

Pretty basic stuff. Nothing crazy, but it’s pretty alright.
