This is a nice looking MOC, it’s a lot better then the original (which that looks really bad of having a green color and that mask).
I love that you used those minifigure capes to give it a nice look but it still need some work, especially the capes on the shoulder, maybe use a bit more or place those capes that is already on there to make it look better.
I also love the body as well of using a Metru body, but the tubes on the back is a bit odd and maybe using those lightning pieces that Voltix have would be better then those pieces.
The lower legs really doesn’t look good, and I think it would look a lot better with a different leg piece or custom leg (I think the custom leg I made that I used on Arana would work)
The weapons are nice but the one with the mini stud shooter would look a lot better with a tire piece could help a lot.
