It has potential, but the torso is kind of gappy due to the pieces used, and there are quite a lot of red pins, but it looks like those could easily be fixed. Can’t wait to see it finished!

Maybe a custom torso could be used? Other than that and replacing red pins which I really don’t consider a huge problem, I think you’re good!

For reference his self moc is blue and white with the same mask.

Maby add some dark blue armor shells from storm beast to the upper legs.

This version is far better than the prior the custom torso looks good but needs a little more filling in of holes and armour at it’s waist and hip.
For filling in the holes I suggest using two of these pieces
And putting them in the open holes in the main section of the chest. Then place a dark blue or silver system tile over it.
For the hip I suggest simply placing this piece on it
I don’t have any ideas for the waist but if you are going to leave it like that maybe fill in the holes. Other than that this moc looks great! It has and interesting build for it’s legs and upper arms. Speaking of the upper arms do you mind saying how you made them? I have a moc in the works with a similar design but I can’t seem to get it to work, I will give you credit for it as well.
Edit also maybe try smaller horn pieces and
See how they look they looks very large compared to the rest of the moc, but if that was your goal then keep it the same

The legs seems to be a little bit weird, but I like the shoulder.
