Was there a "First Toa" for every element?

We know that Helryx was the first Toa ever, and thus by extension the first Toa of Water, but we also have Orde as the first Toa of Psionics who, like Helryx, was also created as a Toa rather than a Matoran. Did the Great Beings do this for every element (making a Toa rather than a Matoran destined to become a Toa)? Or were Helryx and Orde the only ones?

I know the Toa Mata were also created as Toa, but they were made by Artakha. I’m asking specifically about those made by the Great Beings.

We don’t know if there was a “First Toa” other than Water and Psionics, but at least we know that GB did not create the “Toa of Light, which was born as a Toa from the beginning”.
This is because Takua / Takanuva is stated to be “the first and current only Toa of Light in the Main Universe”, which means that GB did not create any Av-Toa directly at least.
