Here’s a MoC I have been working on for a while, now.

It’s my first bionicle vehicle MoC in a very long time, though I have been playing with Lego technic while bionicle was gone (that’s where I got the techniques required for building this).
First, let’s get the pilot out of the way. Here he is, next to Lewa, for scale:

He’s not all that impressive. The Mistika Gali masks are supposed to be armor, because otherwise, his shoulders are just exposed. I came up with a name for him: Kami, but I don’t have a backstory, other than: he was a wasp pilot. He wasn’t even a special one at that.
Wasps (the plane) are fighter jets designed and used by villagers from before Makuta turned. Their primary use was to be like wasps: be visible (so that the enemy knows what it’s in for) and hurt, but not destroy the enemy, (so that it can still surrender). They were the second line of defense (the first, being diplomacy). Wasps were used on any enemy that might have attacked the ancient city (though, at the time, it wasn’t ancient): giant monsters, undead armies…
The MoC itself is very interesting, as illustrated by this <a href=https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XwwI79C29CA&edit=vd> video. (seriously, watch it)

BTW, if Venom sees this, the concept behind this is to make a kind of realistically steered plane out of Lego, to scale for fitting a bionicle pilot.

The shoulder pads on the pilot look a little too bulky, maybe add some Nuva shoulder armor there instead.

The plane itself is pretty great! Can’t really complain there! Great job!

Vehicles are a huge challenge, but this pulled off very well.

An actual use for the adaptive Kaukau. /s

I actually like that mask to be honest

The vehicle is amazingly done, I can’t really fault it. The pilot is nice, doesn’t take steal any spotlights. The adaptive Kaukaus might be a bit too bulky though, and the arms are too short.

I wanted metru blue to be the color of his uniform, so that’s why it looks like a space marine.

I had two, and I felt like I needed to use them somehow.

I took a picture of the pilot without the KauKaus, but I forgot to put it on the topic. without them, the pilot is underbulked.

Well, I won’t say that it’s easy, but you could get into the swing of it, if you have the parts. Plus, vehicles don’t even have to be big, you could try making a pogo stick!

I don’t have any Nuva armor that’s not silver or blue pin blue. Otherwise, I probably would.

the plane has some very good shaping, through I wish I could say the same for the pilot.

Kami looks alright, but the Wasp is awesome!

I got to say the Wasp-833 and Kami both look pretty great.
