What are you thankful for?

How dare you people with Christmas icons ever forget about Thanksgiving…

Hello, everyone! Since Thanksgiving is coming up, I wanted to ask you guys: What are you thankful for?

I’m thankful for my family and friends, and for the return of BIONICLE.

I’m thankful for my loving parents, God, and BIONICLE. Wouldn’t be here without those three.

I’m thankful to be an American who can spend his time watching other country’s(Japan’s) cartoons while sitting inside comfortably without a care in the world.

God’s blessings, family, friends (that includes you guys!), and my country, the USA. Those are the big things.

I’m thankful for all who are thankful :stuck_out_tongue: but really, I’m thankful for what a great time we’ve had together as a community this year!

Thankful for the boards, that brought a lot of changes to stuff I do. For example, my rwby OC Anthony’s name. Wouldn’t have thought of it had it not been for writing TTV INFINITY. Also, I check the Message Boards when ever I can.
Thankful for Bionicle 2015, I was scared that the community was going to die out around now because of this, glad it didn’t
Thankful for Netflix, getting me back into Transformers
Thankful for Hound, the Fat Ballerina that slits throats. (Best Aoe character ever(inspired 4728 partly))
Thankful for Halo Mega Bloks G2 figures(So close to making Mega Bloks 4728, so close…)
Thankful for Rwby. Best anime.
Thankful for my friends and family(and you guys, you’re pretty cool people)

I’m mostly thankful for being self-aware, primarily physically healthy and able, capable of increasingly effective social interaction, having surviving family members and some friends who probably actually appreciate me, and opportunity. I’m also thankful for all the crap I complain about, because in the long run I suppose it serves a purpose other than to bother me.

Existence. For without it, we couldn’t be here, discussing this.

I am thankful for Christ Jesus, who came to earth and died–

I am thankful for family, Bionicle, and the three virtues of unity, duty, and destiny :stuck_out_tongue:

I am thankful for the gift of life, how so many, yet so little get the chance to experience living in general.

Oh, and Bionicle 2015.

There’s plenty of things, and people, I’m thankful of:

  • scouts, got a bunch of good friends, and went to places
  • internet, I have all the information close because of it but most of all I’m thankful of its social aspect
  • coffee, keeps me running and tastes good
  • Walter Moers, my favourite writer and artist
  • Varusteleka, just for being an all-round positive clothing store
  • animation studios in general, I concider animation as the best form of entertainment
  • sauna, whether it’s a +100°C quickie or few-hours-long ~80°C sauna, I love it
  • Andrew W.K. for spreading the word of positive partying
  • you, for being awesome, keep at it! :stuck_out_tongue_winking_eye:
  • and the obvious: friends, family, school, Finnish healthcare and culture

Since I’m not from the mighty ‘MURICA, i have nothin’ to do here :stuck_out_tongue:

I am thankful for these boards and everybody on them, I have made so many unforgettable friendships and memories here. I am also thankful for TTV, since none of where I am now would be possible if it weren’t for them.

These guys summed everything up.

Although Sammy, think about it. if the universe ended tomorrow, who would be around to mourn it?

I’ve actually used that as a point of contention in one of my stories…I never understand in movies like Armageddon why everyone is so scared of the world ending if nobody will be there to mourn it and in theory everybody’s death would be instant and painless. I understand you want to save the world but there’s literally nothing to fear if you can’t.
