Usually I get between three to five hours of sleep a night, though some nights I dont sleep at all.
Tonight I am pulling an all-nighter out of restlessness
I hear that anything less than 6 hours can lead to false memory creation, though i can’t quite remember. If you want you can list a side effect of too much or lack of sleep beside your typical hours, I would be interested to know
College leads to a bizarre sleeping schedule.
For example:
I might not be sleeping tonight.
It’s currently 4:41 am where I am at.
I possibly have anywhere from 1 hours work to 5 hours work (depending on how well my brain works right now) left to do.
NORMALLY,
I go to bed somewhere between 10 pm and 1 am.
I fall asleep anywhere between 1 am and 6 am. (Possible Insomnia -_- )
Wake up anywhere between 7 am and 2 pm, depending on what I am doing that day and when I fall asleep.
Like I said, College leads to bizarre sleeping schedules.
on weekends it´s 21:30 to 6:30, on saturdays it´s whenever i fall asleep (usually around 2:00) to 7:30 and on sundays i stay up way too late. (3:00 to 4:00) and then i usually go up at 11:00.
