All LEGO pieces that I’ve found have the Lego logo on them somewhere, from minifig tools to CCBS shells. If it has the LEGO logo, it be lego. If not, it not be LEGO.

The logo might be a bit hidden, but it’s on every official Lego piece.

Except rubber bands, of course…
