I’ve been doing some reinforcement to Nalcrodox’s chair NALCRODOX and I’ve been wondering what I should do to fill in this area? Should I just wall it up with bricks, plates, or take the opportunity to do something more creative?

I encourage creativity. Put some skeletons bound in chains or something else that’s spooky.
