I want 01 kanohi recolors and the only place I could really find any was bricklink. So my question is is there anywhere else I could get these? My only issue with bricklink as that shipping costs are going to stack up quick.

Personally my best luck was buying bulk on Marketplace and the like. Then flip anything I don’t want and reinvest the earnings into a new lot. The technique ain’t exactly surgical but it was more cost effective

All of my handful of 2001 Kanohi (and really just most of my Bionicle collection) came from random thrift store and Kijiji purchases. As the above comment says, you won’t always find exactly what you’re looking for, but it ridiculously cheap compared to buying specific masks from BrickLink.
