Good afternoon. I have noticed that when I open the message boards, I noticed that in the blue background aside from the TTV channel lightning-like two-circled icon, there is a 3-studded brick as well as a LEGO ball joint piece and a headshot of a character giving that cute giving the kitty smile.

I have to know, who is that character in the background? What connection does this character have in the TTV message boards and why?
