How I understood it she would be toa sized, but I could be wrong.
No, all of the characters were built at their Prime Universe sizes, except with their titles reversed; the Toa were small so they could go underground, and the Matoran were big and strong to do manual labour.
They reversed which characters were Toa and Matoran, but they also reversed the sizes of Toa and Matoran, so it cancelled out and the characters stayed their original sizes.

Ah ok i misremembered the scene. I thought that the narrator said she looked like a toa. But apparently she said she was a toa.
I thought it was the other way around but this is what the narrator said:
Mazeka turned at the sound of someone approaching through the woods. He was surprised to see a Ga-Matoran emerge, followed by a Toa of Water.
So yeah i got it wrong my bad.
I honestly want to see some Great Beings as canon sets considering they are of the Glatorian species. I’d love to have a physical portrayal of Angonce and Heremus.
Heck, maybe even Tren Krom and unmutated Barraki.
