With air being a fairly fundamental element in Earth mythologies, I was really confused when Stone and Earth were kept separate and Air was nixed for Jungle/Plant Life. Was there a reason behind the ■■■■■? Why were Earth and Stone kept separate in the first place, while I’m asking?
As far as Jungle replacing Air, that wasn’t my call, so I can’t say why it was done. The other question is easier – stone and earth are not the same thing. Earth is dirt; stone is rock.
I’ve heard somewhere that they switched to Jungle as that was what the kids kept calling the element in playtesting. They figured it was better to just go with what the kids thought made sense!

Thank you for finally clearing up this argument.
