I decided to add a skirt. Couldn't figure out how to add it at the bottom of the torso, though. I still think might work, though:

I've decided to go without the skirt, and I've added started work on the limbs. I've also replaced some placeholder parts.

@RogueToa Thanks! I’m going to have to move the armor bits up to actually make the arms, but I’m going to keep them because I like the mass they add to the MOC.
