Im working on this dragon with all my yellow parts, but now i have no yellow left. 
Eventually it is going to be a full dragon, with body, tail, arms, legs, wings?
I really want to know if this head is complete enough before i go further.
so please let me know in the comments what you think i should do!

Well the head seems to be OK but I would make some bigger eyes, because from most of the angles it seems that they are missing. And also, this may be just my personal opinion, but I think that the overall build is a little too flat.
Maybe more teeth, if you can somehow fit those in, without completely redesigning the jaw.
It looks fine enough as a head as it is. Plenty original and creative. Intimidating and recognisable for what it represents.

I’m assuming you’re using 3 long blue pins in the eyes right? If so, I’d recommend finding some older ones in black that still have an opening for a rod to go through. Though to be fair you could do it with a regular 2 long pin. Anyway then you can put a Short light saber rod through the wheels and then place a Lego dish piece in there for a really good looking eye.
Otherwise I love the head design, save maybe your current choice of neck.
