Yeah, it’s not that far of a push-back, plus they never really said any release date until now I think.

So I finally bought Yooka-Laylee for $4.

I remember being there for the hype, for the buildup, having never played Banjo-Kazooie at that point, and being wowed at how faithful they were to the original two games.

At this point, and having played it myself, it’s a very accurate interpretation of all the problems the original games had with a few more lumped in. Not a bad game by any means, but going from Banjo-Kazooie or even Banjo-Tooie to Yooka-Laylee really shows how this game missed the mark in so many ways.
