So if you’ve seen Transformers, you obviously know who Starscream is!
Be it from Prime, Cybertron, the movies, Animated, Armada, G1, etc…
Personally Armada Starscream is my favorite, because of how his character was, RIP in pieces.
So, discuss below. 
I own the super big Cybertron Starscream(with crown, no less). I guess that’s my favorite.
G1 and WFC/FOC/Aligned games Starscream. Maybe Armada screamer
It might be because I grew up with this Version, but I’ve always enjoyed the Animated Starscream. I don’t know if it is his personality or what, it might even be the art style.

G1- Nostalgia and how comically stupid he and Megatron’s banter is.
Transformers Prime- He is sinister, and demanding, though, cowardly, and a fairly deep character.
WfC/FoC- YOU GET TO FREAKING PLAY AS HIM, AND REK SKRUBS
