Prime Starscream, in terms of design and character. The only other version of him I’ve seen on-screen is Bayverse Starscream, and he was… okay?

One of my favorite incarnations would have to be his movieverse one, as that’s the first Starscream I ever knew. He’s a lot like most of the other Starscreams, being the treacherous second-in-command that turns into a sniveling coward whenever Megatron’s about to scrap him. Not only that, but he is one of the coolest-looking decepticons in the movies. Did you know that his head came from a rejected concept for Megatron’s?
I also like his Prime incarnation. Steve Blum’s portrayal of the character is on point and he’s not as dumb as many of the others.

Animated Starscream is one of my favorites
