Actually it is her hair but as you see it lives own life.

It looks great overall, but that mini ball joint on the head seems kind of pointless.
Also, very smart parts usage on the arms!

Yes you got point but I can’t do pretty much on arms or the balance of moc gets off. I also removed that thing on her head and you’re right she looks better without it.
