He looks very dapper but the lower body is kinda thin and maybe needs some more color.

Every day, he grows stronger in Moccing ability…

The crane and hat are solid, only improvement could be a “boat stud 2x2” on top of the hat to hide those unsightly bottom studs. Despite some folks qualms I like the ccbs usage and it makes the legs looks very solid and even tells my mind that he is wearing boots.

The hands, arms and torso are good although a letter bit less solid, I suspect part limitations are always an issue but if you get your hand on more orange and blue I’m sure you’ll fill out gaps accordingly.

Also I must say your background is great, it contrasts with Mocs whilst being uncluttered. And your posing is on point as well.

Yeah this is pretty great. The main problem, as it has been said before, would be located in the torso. The area between the Gahlok shield and the legs is really lacking, in terms of armour. it is a bit too thin and might need some colour, but the added articulation is nice.
