Female figures are very hard to achieve the first time. It takes many tries to get the construction looking just right. Luckily, I was finally able to create a torso with realistic curves that were well integrated into the build and not just tacked on. This design just works in terms of aesthetics and functionality. Even though to some it might seem too sexualized.
By the way, if someone can tell me how to post instructions, that would be very helpful.
Now for updated Nokama. I wanted her to have a sleek oceanic look to her. I think build does a very good job in portraying this.
The torso is way too exposed technic for me, it just looks unfinished and blocky, and forces her shoulders back awkwardly, the arc of her spine is not healthy.
Though the appearance is not helped by the mess of blues patchworked across her build.
I’m not really a fan.
@Payinku Maybe I overthought the build but I thought the blues would give her a much more elemental vibe. I did work on this build for a couple of months and tried not to use the typical Nuva shoulder armor that I see on a lot of female MOCs (even still). Thanks for the critique, I might try to improve on this design.
EDIT: I think I am going to tone down the rear and make it a bit smaller.
I don’t think that is what you need. You need to fill out the back and tone down the stomach. Honestly the rear needs to be toned up a bit. Anatomically women have wider hip bones, so I wouldn’t call that oversexualizing.
