That awkward moment when you are listening to the All American Rejects’s song “Heartbeat Slowing Down,” and you are rocking out to the chorus, then it gets to the bridge and you hear “the bomb” dropped. I quickly lowered the sound on my earbuds and prayed that my sister’s piano playing covered the sound good enough so my mom wouldn’t hear.
