The Court Of the Crimson King
Names: The Crimson King, The Black Queen, The Purple Piper, The Yellow Jester, and The Pattern Juggler.
Aliases: The King in Red, The Scarlet Apparition, The Mourning Queen, The Crying Queen, The Silent Piper, The Pied Piper, The Yellow Fool, The Grinning Devil, The Mute Juggler, The Gaudy Behemoth
Alignment: neutral
Affiliation: The Court of the Crimson King
Generation: Old-Timers (Technically speaking, though they are believe to possibly predate even the Dark Lord)
Powers/Abilities:
The Crimson King
- Complete sensory manipulation: The Crimson King is capable of forming powerful psychic links with his targets. Once these links have been made he is able to control everything they are able to see, hear, touch, smell, and even taste. Should he desire he could make someone believe that their body is on fire or that their limbs are paralysed. However, inflicting these kinds of illusions is often draining and as a result can only be kept up for short periods of time. Additionally, whilst the links between the King and his target cannot be broken by the target, an outside party could shatter this link by interacting with the King’s target, to circumvent this the King will attempt to isolate his targets to avoid interruptions.
The Black Queen

Telepathy: The Black Queen is capable of delving into her opponents memories; she does this via her fingers, which she sharpens and extends into points piercing her host (although not physically harming them), forming a link between them. This also incorporates into her other ability.
-Memory reconstruction: The Black Queen will often seek out a traumatic or sad memory and physically manifest; this comes in a variety of forms i.e. a localised reconstruction of a specific location, the Black Queen physically transforms into a person (sometimes its only partial, their face appears where her mask should be). She is also capable of distorting her “reconstructions” often warping the images and people in surreal and disturbing ways (usually to terrify or further traumatise) the target. However, similar to the Crimson King her ability is limited to one individual at a time. However, whilst the Crimson King’s Illusions are only visible to his target the Black Queens are visible to anyone within line of sight. Additionally, if the Black Queen is unable to find any negative memories within the target (or a lack of memories) her powers have no effect. - Razor sharp finger-blades: Fairly self explanatory. The Black Queen can also elongate her fingers into incredibly sharp blades, capable of slicing through reinforced steel.
The Purple Piper
-Auditory Hypnosis: through the use of his specialised flute the Purple Piper is able to render his targets more susceptible to his suggestions. Unlike the King and Queen, the purple piper is capable of controlling multiple peoples (his current record is 30). However, to create a psychic link between him and his targets the piper needs to concentrate on his targets for a while until they are under his control (this takes progressively longer with each person under his control). Additionally, The link between the Piper and his targets is not as strong as the King or Queens’ as a result disrupting his flute playing can sever the link. Alternatively, those with strong enough mental will could resist the Piper’s tune. On an unrelated note, to those not under the Piper’s control it appears as if the Piper is not making any sound whatsoever (This has earned him the nickname “The Silent Piper”).
The Yellow Jester
-Telekinetic Puppetry: The Yellow Jester is capable of physically controlling his opponent’s bodies through the use of a marionette (Which slowly begins to take the form of his targets as he builds a silent link). Similar to the Purple Piper the Yellow jester is capable of manipulating multiple people although unlike the piper who can seemingly control an indefinite amount of people (given time) the Yellow Jester can control a maximum of two. Furthermore, his link can be shattered by physically knocking the puppet from his hands and severing the (seemingly) invisible threads.
-Inhuman Agility: In order to avoid being disrupted the Yellow Jester will attempt to evade his attackers via a variety of hops, rolls, cartwheels etc. Laughing all the while. Additionally, the Yellow Jester slowly takes over his targets body, one limb at a time.
The Pattern Juggler
-Telekinetic Juggling: Similar to how the Jester controls his targets with the marionette, the Patterned Juggler is able control his targets with his juggling
-Inhuman Durability: The Patterned Juggler’s body is oddly soft, enabling him to soak up kinetic energy and physical (like a punch sponge). However, he is still susceptible to sharp objects and energy based attacks.
-Inhuman Strength: The Patterned Juggler is capable of picking up and throwing cars (with very little effort). He is also capable of punching through concrete walls, and leaving sizeable dents in reinforced steel, He also able to do this with his juggling ball.

The Court are a group of enigmatic beings, whose existence seemingly predates (recorded) time. Whilst not much is known about them they seem driven predominantly by curiosity; picking out “persons of interest” and studying them.

Name: Shouya Ito

Powers/abilities: Has retractable claws that are actually three vertical blades, present on both arms, that can hold and discharge some sort of red energy, and the middle one on both sides is capable of shooting out and acting as a retractable tether. The wings on his back can really only work as a glider, so the boosters on his lower legs can only work like they do when Project: Novus or Runa’s do when on the ground, but not in the air. His gloves and boots have a sort of “forced magnetism” ability, where they can magnetize to any nonliving material. It can shoot energy blasts similar to lasers, however with properties that lasers don’t have, such as a red smoke emanating from point of fire and other strange qualities. Renegade also has an invisibility ability, however no other tool it is equipped with can be used when invisible. The power source is not Veriperium, as in Runa’s designs, but an artifact known as the “Crystal Soul.” Origins are as of now unknown. Along with all this is also the ability of:
Soul Aspect
Allows him to channel the aspect of his soul, which appears as a red aura surrounding him that takes the shape of any creature his soul is most in tune with at the moment(Note, he’s usually still visible beneath it, though). In this form, all his physical attributes are tripled in ability, and the aura itself appears to possess physical qualities, being able to be hit and to hit. And it hits hard. However, this uses up energy the Crystal Soul doesn’t usually house, and as such draws from his own life energy, leaving him in a severely weakened state after use, and prolonged use can even lead to his death.

Personality/Bio: He’s a sly, quick-thinking young man, but also a shady one, being a thief by trade. He’s not quick to trust anyone, and is easily a trickster, along with having a slight knack for technology.
After losing his previous suit to its actual creator, he decided that he needed to craft his own. As such, after a brief time taken to make the suit, he created the Renegade suit to fit his needs: the need to serve his own interests and, in the off chance his conscious makes it through to him, the needs of people in danger.

His witty, clever and has a genius intellect and has been the mayor for quite some time everyone listens to him as he can take the spotlight pretty quickly when he opens his mouth and starts talking.
He follows the law very strictly and is a strong believer in second chances and the good of all people, behind his tough facade he is a caring guy and won’t shy away to break the law if it’s absolutely necessary to benefit the City and everyone living in it, though he prefers for the actual humans to take control over when it comes down to fights in the City, he isn’t a fool and can accept the help of the heroes to stop powerful villains which threaten the City daily.
