I’ll start with the story.
Takouta sat in the living room of his small hut. The fire crackled in the darkness casting shadows over the room. He turned to his son ready to begin the tale. “Long ago before the regions where assembled villagers where forced to travel through shadow. Most where lucky but some where not. Daxis was one of the unlucky ones. He was tainted by darkness changed, destroyed… No body knows how bu some assume it was related to the newly discovered “Skull spiders. Daxis wen’t back to his village to terrorize them hiding in the shadows that had mutated him. Kidnaping the children and returning them as monsters like him. He continued to terrorize them until a hero rose to fight him. A hero named Fazid. Fazid smashed Daxis’ glass head cuasing the shadow to flee leaving him week and frail and breaking his neck. Daxis ran never to be seen again.” With the story finished there was silence. the fire had dwindled. Takouta and his son sat there silently like that for a couple minutes until his son finally broke the silence. “Dad is that story true?” “Well that’s the scary part. No one knows…”

Well here’s my entry:
Pathseeker!
(note I’m not native!)
Story:
Pathseeker is a Dark Hunter. His profession in Metru Nui was headhunter, that means he hunted most dangerous Rahi for their heads as trophies. Once he traveled to Voya Nui and convinced (is it right word :?) Brutaka to send him into alternate dimension. He landed on the beach of Region of Earth and started seeking through it. When he found a cave that was big enough for him, he made his den in it. He didn’t know anything about local Fauna so he eated only cave rats and weirdly shaped spiders. But soon he started wandering all over the island seeking food. When he discovered what to eat and what better not, he soon began to hunt local prey just for fun and he even dare on some bigger predators. His den became museum of trophies from his hunts. Now he’s next target are the local Elders, which seem to have interesting masks. Enough talking, LET THE HUNT BEGIN!

First of all, I just ordered the protectors on s@h, so I’m probably not entering until the 24th. Secondly, nobody has done my idea yet, but if they do it before me I swear to Mata Nui…
Also, the title says “now with prizes.” What are they?

If just one, then I chose this guy.
He’s based of the g1 Doom Viper, I call his species the Elemental Bears (I’m sorry, names aren’t my strong point).
“In the time before the village Protectors, there lived tribes of beasts called Elemental Bears.”
“The Bears were the greatest threat to the people of Okoto, able to do wreak terrible havoc with their elemental powers.”
“An unstoppable force of nature, the Bears ruled Okoto with their mastery of the elements. No warrior could hope to stop them.”
“Until one day, the Mask Makers came up with a plan to defeat them. From pieces of their own masks, the brothers created six elemental masks, shaped after the Bear’s, and gave them to one warrior from each village to battle the monsters. In the end, the Elemental Bears were defeated and driven off the island. The legend says that they still live under the sea, waiting for an opportunity to take back their island. That, my children, is the tale of the first Protectors, the descendants of whom protect our home to this day.”

@Artakha_the_Creator If you look closely you can see the upside down U mouth and the small chin strap thing.
That’s just a picture from a different MOC, they were fighting, so I thought it’d fit. Just picture him as an ancient Protector.

this is a maybe for me I don’t know if ill be able to make a MOC and story in time but I will try
I was going to enter, but somebody built what I was going to build: the kid protector. I was going to build 6 and call it “children of okoto” but now I can’t without being accused of being an idea thief 
Uhm not really. Since the kid protector is a canon character it wasn’t their idea to begin with.
It’s more of a revamp. So as long as you add something to make it you’re own it should be just fine.
