Since Batman v Superman: Dawn of Justice has been released, I was wondering what are some people's favorite movie based on DC Comics?

Does Lego Batman Movie count?

It would if it was out now.

Lego Movie, and if that doesn't count, Batman 1989.

I'll count it, since the writers for the Lego movies did an excellent job, and so far this one looks promising too.

How has no one mentioned any of the Nolan movies...?

I think the best ones are The Dark Knight and The Dark Knight Rises.

(Oh, and if we're counting Direct to DVD animated movies, Under the Red Hood)

That's fine.

Batman and Robin. It is one of the best movies of all time.

In reality, I think that in animated form would be Under the Red Hood. The Dark Knight is the best live action one, IMO

I know you were joking, but I need to use this:

You should have made an ice pun.

Now you just need to say it in Schwarzenegger's voice.

Oh, n-ice. I forgot that. How uncool of me.

If I had to pick a live action movie, I think I would pick (Batman 1989). It had a great atmosphere and good cast with Jack Nicholson and greatest Batman character, Bob.
For animated, it would probably have to be the Flashpoint Paradox. It followed pretty closely to the comics and had a good story.

(I've never seen Under the Red Hood however)

What killed the Rahi?

G1 Bionicle being cancelled

Superman: The Movie.

Justice League Gods and Monsters for animation
Batman V Superman Dawn of Justice for live action

Batman: Mask of the Phantasm

Green Lan-. No.
No. I can't even be sarcastic about that pile of blue pins.

The only one I've cared to watch is Dark Knight, so I guess that's the best one :stuck_out_tongue:
