If that was the case, anyone concerned with actual quality would’ve redone that line. Are you saying LEGO doesn’t care about quality? What happened to “Only the best is good enough.”?
Doing what, slipping or saying whee?
I reaaally want to make the argument that no one says it that way, but then I remind myself how I say Iron. So I’ll give you that.
I think it was a jab, but anyway, Umarak needs to be the four armed winged thing I drew for him to be my fave set of all time. But as far as story goes, he better be OP, a real challenge. Show us that Umarak deserves the name of The Destroyer.
I would really like it if he backstabs Makuta and takes over the island. Makuta flees and Ekimu and the Toa lead an uprising against Umarak, who frees the beasts (if they are trapped, probably by the Protectors for being too dangerous) and uses them to absolutely decimate Okoto.
Actually, yeah just make Umarak the Destroyer a Kardas Dragon 2.0 with deer antlers and have Makuta riding it as a Vezon 2.0 of sorts. Instant buy, set of the year.
So my package arrived, built the sets, modded a little, and turned out satisfied. I decided to also not get the rest of the creatures, since I had regret with the ones I have got (don’t know why, I just prefer the Toa). I’ll make sure next year also not to spend too much money.
Getting the entire winter wave tomorrow. Very exite!
Also, I don’t know if this was intentional or now, but I noticed something about Umarak the Destroyer set name coming out in the summer. “Destruction” is both the opposite of Control AND Creation. Seeing this, it would be cool if Umarak did actually go rouge from Makuta (assuming his is working for him) and go off on his own . Just seems like you have three sides of a triangle right there, or at least where Lego is concerned.
Funny thought: You can’t have Destruction without Creation and vice versa, and none are either just good or bad. Creation spawned the MoUP, and Umarak might tip the balance again by dominating Okoto with destruction, leaving it up to Ekimu to set things right again. You also can’t have Control without Chaos and vice versa. Before, Okoto was a pretty normal island until the MoUP caused the cataclysm, which made Okoto spiral into chaos and darkness. Order will probably be restored in the 2017 story.
