I am really excited for JtO, especially because I want to see how they’ll develop the characters, especially Umarak’s character. He’s always been the type if character who beats up anyone who gets in the way of his mission, like the Toa taking the creatures.

I don’t mind the idea of the creatures uniting with the toa through biting down on their head; it reminds me of something you’d hear in a mythological tale.

If I can remember, there was a Pokemon manga, Black and white, where the protagonist, Black, put his musharna over his head and see through its eyes. Maybe its a similar concept, well kind off because the creatures cover the head just above the eyes. But maybe they still can use their eyes.

Um… may I remind you we know nothing about Umarak yet. We don’t know his goals, his powers, his personality, nothing.
That was for actually eating his dreams so he could focus. I’d imagine the creatures put power into the host, not take anything out.

I think of the creatures as hungry thousand-year-old savages who try to eat the toa but end up drooling on their heads.

I would just love it if Cory Hunter was the one voicing Umarak. Don’t know him, but I just think it would be oddly poetic and ironic.
Six voice actors…does that mean that some do voices for additional characters?

It is possible. Even big productuons do the same thing. Although bare in mind that might not be the full list. Could just be the six Toa.
