When you go to the Artwork section of the Boards, you will see a blue circle in the lower right corner with a ‘+’ sign:
When you move your mouse over the circle, it will expand into a button that you can click to make a new topic:
Then, once you create your topic, you simply copy/paste the link into a reply in this topic:
