Canon Toa Team Collab-Open to sign ups

I have several of the ones I agreed to do done, I just haven’t had the time or piece availability to start on the rest. I’m getting there, but I also have to do one of three things to get me Lesovikk mask. I have to either paint a blue Faxxon lime, which is a very involved process, or I could try and somehow get a 3D printed Faxxon in lime, or buy a used Lesovikk do 100 bucks. None of these are easy solutions, but I gotta have that lime Faxxon

Yes, I’m aware, and for some unknown reason you can’t find lime faxons on their own. I mean, I want his sword too, but still, that thing is only like five bucks on bricklink

While I’m here, I recently finished a reimagining of the Toa Inika, so I might as well take that team too. I’ll post them in the next few days.

Intro and Design Notes

This was made for fun, but then I realized I could add them to the list of <a class="mention" href="/u/senit">@Senit</a>’s Toa team collab. So hear me out I never really liked the Toa Inika. Their weapons are very same-y, their builds aren’t too exciting and their masks are atrocious. But what I like the least about them is the Inika build. As someone who got into Bionicle around 2008-2009, the Inika just aren’t as exciting as other Toa teams. See for most Bionicle fans, they see the Glatorians as using an Inika build. But I see the Inika as using a Glatorian build. Which canonically, is an accurate statement. Canonically, the Toa Inika should’ve looked like the Toa Nuva, due to how Toa transformations work. You always come out with such fun and interesting builds Zork. I actually like the longer necks, I think that it adds to the somewhat unusual proportions that they have. I also really like the use of cloth on Yelvin. What Can I offer interms of improvements, hmmm. Maybe a Metru armour peice for Zaria’s lower arms and a bit more armor on Garnel’s upper torso just to flesh them out a little but other than that they look really nice.

The Toa Lyta
