I made him while listening to a histories lecture, so I named him after Julius Cesar. Now he sits on my desk to watch me work.
This is my first finished MOC I am sharing with the world, I hope everyone likes it!
Interesting! I like the torso design, although the neck feels like it starts too high up; I think that removing the Technic piece and moving the neck down would improve him a lot. His arms and legs having consistent armor definitely helps with his aesthetic, and I like how they look (the black/white contrast is interesting). My only problem with him is his neck; otherwise, great work!

Neck is rather long, but it’s cool to see a four-armed creation. The integration of the four shoulders isn’t too unnatural either.
Not too shabby, but he does feel a little unambitious. Is there a lore reason why he has four arms?
