Redesigned killing machine? We have no confirmation of that. We also have no confirmation of a spring-lock system within Fredbear; we’ve only ever seen the animatronic (before now) as a 2D sprite in a mini-game. You’re grasping at theories that have little basis within the story.
I think I know the deal with the fingers…uhhh…Scott does not keep a “Bible” for the looks of the animatronics…

I’m not doubting you; I’m just saying it’s not wise to use something non-confirmed like that as proof or backup for your statements. The way you said “Remember that…” is misleading in the fact that it makes you sound like you know for sure. Again, not saying you’re wrong - I actually think it could be true - but it isn’t confirmed.

I know, but I’m pretty sure that everyone has come to a consensus that this thing was meant to kill. It’s like seeing a Tahu on lego’s website as a teaser, and saying that it isn’t Tahu because it hasn’t been confirmed yet. Also, right after I said “remember that”, I said “maybe”, meaning that I wasn’t 100% sure of the rest, like Fredbear having a spring lock system.

Well, even if it is, I don’t think it was designed to accommodate human beings. I don’t see the logic behind designing Springtrap specifically so that you could tell a human was inside/could fit inside, and then making another spring-lock suit that doesn’t have those features. If it is being controlled, I doubt there is anyone inside.

The good theories proposed by people like 8-BitGaming actually draw a lot of evidence from multiple in-game scenarios and scenes, not just a single image.
Now, there are plenty of theories by noob fangirls that are pretty much just wishful thinking… and those are the ones best left untouched. You know, like, “Lel, Foxy is a guud gui!”
