You have to be a Master to do a contest and offer a reward, but you could say its a game and have people post their mocs

Yeah as @Takutanuva said, this won’t work.
A contest is reserved for users with the third trust level (master) or cast members, as (I think) too many people would want to make a contest and they wouldn’t offer a proper price, which has to have a physical worth.
Furthermore even if you were of the right trust level and had a price to offer you should have a set of rules to specify what the contestants are/aren’t allowed to do.

As others have stated, you have to be a master in order to hold a contest on the boards and also offer some sort of prize for the winner. Therefore, I’m shutting this down
