Maybe they’re the symbols for the elements.
Edit: @noob1234 : do you have that image unedited? I think I might be able to make a shot at translation.

Just thought i’d point out that the symbols look a lot like the Language of the Ancients from the series Stargate SG-1/Atlantis/Universe.
Even though the LotA is a bit more complex, I wonder if they had some inspiration from it.
It’s a stretch, but I think I can sort of make out a “Ta” over Tahu.
Hmm, it seems kinda similar at first glance, but as you said, the Ancient’s language was very complex, so there’ no way the structures of the letters or sentences could be similar as LEGO will want to make it more kid-friendly.
But yeah, I agree.
Also, ANOTHER SG FAN UOMG YUS. I like you more and more mate
In this picture we have some writing bellow the statues of Ekimu and Makuta. You may use this for the translation as it may directly translate the names of these characters.

may this will help?
that r russian symbols so…
Thank me later…
where’d you find that?
I got this so far. I excluded all letters that I don’t understand like “zh”
yeah…
It doesn’t appear that this is a full/complete list. There are several common Okotan symbols missing from the chart. Also, there are only 22 symbols on that list, and 26 letters in the English alphabet.
I just found it… also it’s russian so the english one can be comletely different.
I just tried translating the right “horn” of the MoC

Do you know if “vyeh-yehzn–yeh” (dashes standing for missing letters) means anything in Russian?
I meant like it works for russian materials only…
You think they have russia-specific material?
…I guess it’s possible, though I can’t see Lego making specific pictures for different languages…
What’s with the darkness spreading over Okoto in some of the pics?
I believe it’s some kind of contest held on those pages or something…
Its the other way round, they were slowly revealing each segment of Okoto.
“Oki doki artichokes”?
Its Serbian, we use the same lettering as the Russians.
